I mostly watch, wander and photograph what's actually going on.
The nerves before the ceremony. Your friends being ridiculous. The hugs, bad dancing, quiet moments and things you probably didn't even notice at the time.
I'll give you a little direction when it's useful, then let you get back to your people.
That's pretty much it.

Big weddings. Small weddings. City centres, country houses, back gardens and somewhere warm overseas.
I photograph weddings across Cheshire, Manchester, Liverpool, North Wales and throughout the UK, as well as destination weddings in Europe.
Wherever it is, I'm looking for the same things- the people, atmosphere, humour, emotion and all the little things going on around you.
The photographs aren't about making your wedding look like somebody else's.
They're about remembering what yours actually felt like.

I've photographed weddings in Italy, the Amalfi Coast, Lanzarote and Hamburg, and I'm always happy to go somewhere new.
I approach destination weddings exactly the same way - no turning the day into a production, no endless posing. Just the people, the place and everything that makes being there feel different.
